By using WebDone (“webdone.ca”) or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WebDone regarding our services.
WebDone provides website design and development services for local businesses. Our standard package includes:
Exact deliverables for your order will be confirmed via email before we begin work. Any services not listed above are out of scope and may require an additional fee.
Payment is due in full at the time of order. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes. We use Stripe for secure payment processing. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge the amount shown at checkout.
Renewal of hosting after the first 12 months is optional and subject to a separate fee (currently $97/year CAD). We will contact you before your hosting expires.
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if work has not yet begun. Once we have started building your site, refunds are not available.

If you do not provide required content within 30 days of purchase, we may close your project. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Upon receipt of full payment and final delivery, you own the content of your website (text, images you provided). WebDone retains the right to display your website in our portfolio and to reuse template elements and code for other clients. We do not claim ownership of your business name, logo, or content.
You may not use our services to create websites that:
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate hosting for sites that violate these terms, without refund.
WebDone’s total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or revenue) even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We do not guarantee specific business results (e.g., search rankings, increased sales) from having a website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Manitoba.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify existing customers of material changes by email.
