The Short Version
You get a full refund if you change your mind within 48 hours of purchase, as long as we haven’t started building your site yet. After work begins, we do not offer refunds — but we will make it right if there’s a problem.
You may request a full refund within 48 hours of your purchase, provided that work on your website has not yet begun. To request a refund, email us at hello@webdone.ca with your order confirmation. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Once we have started building your website (typically within 24–48 hours of your order), we are not able to offer a refund. This is because we commit time, labour, and design resources to your project from the moment we begin.
If you are unhappy with the result, we will work with you to revise and improve your site. Your order includes one round of revisions after delivery.
If we fail to deliver what was agreed (e.g., we miss key features, the site has significant errors that we cannot fix), we will offer a partial refund or credit at our discretion. We stand behind our work and want you to be happy with your website.
Annual hosting renewals are non-refundable after payment is processed. If you choose not to renew, your website will remain accessible until your paid period expires.
